诗62:5我的心哪，你当默默无声，专等候神，因为我的盼望是从他而来。
[KJV] My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
[NIV]Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.
[NLT]Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in him.

דָּמַם dâmam 这字有安静,等候,安息，所以上面4种译本都对，

诗62:5我的心(魂)哪，安静,安息在神里面，在神的同在中等候神，因为我的盼望是从他而来。

但生活的压力重担使我们的心(魂)充满忧虑烦躁，或是心惊慌害怕，这时人是无法安静下来，
只有进入神的同在中   才能使心安静或重新得力，不再惧怕 [NIV] 翻译成in God

诗62:6惟独他是我的盘石，我的拯救；他是我的高台，我必不动摇。
[kjv] He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
