要停止每一工作,每一件事，安息在我面前，直到我的力量充滿你们，使你們再次刚强喜乐。

我在地上的时候，也一样感觉到疲倦过。
那时 我独自离开了众门徒，去坐在井旁而得到安息，

我必须敎导我的门徒，要得到灵力的更新和肉体的安息。

那并不是像他们所想的那样;不关心他们。他们喊对说 :「夫子！我们丧命！祢不顾吗?」

疲倦力尽是圣灵引导的信号：要人来寻求我 I 八月二十五日
只要人有一息的渴慕，我的灵就在那里，要补充他，更新他，
有时候，疲倦力尽，并不代表灵的缺乏，而是圣灵(聖靈)引导的信号：要人来寻求我。
若不是我的仆人们经历到身体疲累,头脑疲累，
因而暂时放下工作与事情，离群去休息(若是可行)，许多奇妙的事就不会发生了。
我的道路，虽然是一条窄路，然而却是导向生命,丰盛的生命。
你只要顺着走，它并未窄到；不能容下;我在你旁 与你们同行。
圣灵引导 九月二十日
你们要学习等候圣灵的引导，直等到祂的提示清楚地显在你们的意识里，
像长官对士兵、主人对仆人发出清楚的命令。
这识别,就把真正跟随我的人，从那些只称呼我「主啊！主啊！」却不遵行我的话的人，分别出来了。
许多人是照着我在地上所留下的原则生活，却没有天天在我圣灵的带领之下生活。
林后5:17 若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了。
